This is a distributor part consisting of the 610704005 Pinion & Sleeve Asm and the 070006679 Flanged Sleeve Bushing. The pinion gear assembly connects / keys to the distributor clutch plate and drives the index cam, which moves the distributor to the 10 pin pocket positions
